Are carrots high in iodine?

No. They would have little to none. The further inland you live, the less iodine is going to be in the soil. If you're growing them yourself, you can make sure that they have some by using a seaweed-derived fertiliser. If you're just buying them, try adding a little iodised salt when cooking.
