I transfered my shiny legendary trio from soulsilver to white all holding master. why didnt they come?

I transferred my shiny entei, raicou, suicune, and celebi from Soulsilver to white using the relocator, all of them where holding master . When i transferred them. the master just disappeared. what happened and can i get them back?
