Hello. I'm looking into getting another tattoo. I already have one on my lower back and want another. BUT....?

I do not want it anywhere where you can see it. I don't wear bikinis.....but I do wear a lot of strapless things in the summer so I don't want it on my upper back. I don't want it on my arms....feet....or legs....where else is a discreet place for a woman to get one? Also, what to get? I want something symbolic of a new beginning or a new start. Any ideas? Please help!
