How to grow my beard out faster... weird question lol?

ok ill be 16 in january and i wnated to know is there anyway to grow my beard out i mean it always grows fast after i shave it then it just stops and i wnat a desent sized beard its like 2 inces long so is there anyway to grow it longer without shaveing it?
