In need of some advice?

My 7 month old is teething and has been for a month and a half now. He gets up every night at 1:30am-2:30am and doesnt go back to sleep until 4am-5am.... Its really taking a tole on me and my boyfriend. We are not sure what to do for him. We have tried frozen pacifiers, frozen teethers, Tylenol and even oragel... Im not sure what to do for him anymore. He pulls himself up to stand in his crib and stands there screaming and freaking out. He goes in hysterics and its hard to calm him. Please if you have any ideas let me know Im willing to trying anything at this point.
