Do you think Oklahoma's "Stand Your Ground Law" would deter crimes or make matters worse?

I agree with Cellar Door, so I gave her a THUMBS UP! YAY Seriously though, that would give people the excuse to use deadly force because of straight paranoia. Example: woman walking down dark street alone, a group of youths approaching from the opposite direction, she pulls out her gun and bust a cap in each and everyone of them. In court she cries and says I thought they were going to attack and me, verdict she gets off. I know a little far fetched but I've heard of worse happening. So yes, very bad idea.
