Help!! Not sure what to do about judgement & running out of time!?

I have a judgement against me.....I owe some money & am on a payment plan. I have missed some payments....some that I have not missed I have made using my boyfriend's checking account. My name is nowhere on his account...although we share the same address. NOT married either. Anyway...I'm being taken back to court for what I still owe & the citation notice says its a citation to "discover ets".....with my Bf's bank account info on it. My question is....what is going to happen when I go to court? I'm uming they can't just take his money...can they? He has nothing to do with the money I owe...his name was nowhere on the loan as a co-signer or anything. And I am NOT on his bank account at all either...so what will happen & what do I do? I'd like to just continue on my payment plan....which is pretty much my only option....
