Something is wrong with my puppy!!!!!!!!!?

Ok. My puppy just turned 1 years old, and he is usually really playful, and cute and cuddly. Now, 4 the past 2-3 days, he throws up LOT, and all he wants to do is go outside, throw up, TRY ro poop ( constipated ) or he poops out liquidy stuff (ewww) and he just lays down in th gr and when u call him, he doesnt move, and when u pick him up, he makes a this quiet sad lil noises. Idk what to do. He is goin to the vet 2morrow, but do u have any idea wats wrong, or what to do about it? Oh, and he wont eat/ Not even chips
