Just check out this site, and it should give you all the answers! I suggest, beacuse we are trying to do this also, is watch the calories in what you eat. Like for a yummy, but low calorie snack, try fruit salads, or just plain salads with a low calorie dressing. Or the 100 calorie packs by Nabisco. They are at Wal-Mart if you don't want to go to a grocery store. Good luck and healthy eating!
