What's the nicest way of telling the person you don't like him?

I really don't like this person I don't think I even want to be friends with him bec we're so different in almost everything, religion, music, hobbies, even nationality. We really can't be together. But I can't tell him because he's so nice and he really likes me, I don't wanna feel guilty by rejecting him.
