Where can I get a dress of my liking?

I got into a school, where I have to wear black and white, or a white dress. I was thinking I should buy a couple of white dresses for summer and when it's extremely warm during fall. I like that dress, but the website is out of service, I think. And if it's possible, I want the prices low so possible, but still, you cannot see the inside and not cheap fabric. If the dress is about $1-$20. It's okay. :).
